A wonderful system that allows our staff to self-service a variety of media.

Crop and download, by far my most used and loved feature. I often use it to determine additional things–like “if the image can’t be pixel-cropped to this size, it is too small for practical use and can be removed from our repository”.

Excellent Resource.

Our sales team has complete access to all of our marketing collateral right from their phones and can email directly to their customers. It’s always easy to find the asset I’m looking for.

The first thing I like the most about MediaValet is that it’s searching is actually good. You can search for assets by keyword, file type, date, file name, etc. It’s easy to combine multiple search criteria to find exactly the file and version you’re looking for. I use it frequently to share files with people outside the organization who don’t need a login to download.

Ease of upload. Ease of Search. Power of Search tools. And we Love Portals for creating taylored content for our useres. I would not be suprised if I have not loaded tens of thousands of images. A Great platform with unrivaled support

Mediavalet has been our end game of DAM’s. We were able to cut down from 4 scattered decentralized storage locations to one. Why MediaValet was our choice for a DAM.

The Platform is very easy to integrate, set up and learn how to administer permissions. We have uploaded most of our digital content and are syncing it to ecommerce apllications. A side benefit that we discovered is I can make separate public portals for our distributors, dealers and corporate customers. We have made 16 branded Public Portals for our parent company and others for clients that keep their products separate. Other DAM Platforms have limited Public Portals and users, Media Valet has unlimited, and that was a major advantage over the others, let alone the cost differential.
