MediaValet is a remote-first company, meaning the majority of our team members work from home – but there are always friendly faces in the office.
Our headquarters is in Yaletown, Vancouver. Team members can work from home or in the office, or a combination of both – whatever works for you.

Paid time off
We have a generous PTO program including 15 vacation days to start (20 days after 2 years and 25 days after 5 years), 12 health & wellness days, your birthday off and additional days off throughout the summer to rest and recharge!
Commitment to fitness
We encourage our team members to include daily movement in their weekly routines. To help offset any cost, we offer a monthly fitness and well-being allowance.
Home for the holidays
To ensure our team has time to rest and recharge over the holidays, we give all team members a week off between December 25th and the new year.
Paid parental leave
We offer 12 weeks of paid parental leave top-ups and a gradual return to work program to meet individual needs. Benefits will remain active for the duration of your parental leave.
5-year sabbatical program
After every five years of tenure, team members are eligible to participate in our Sabbatical Leave program, which enables them to take up to one month of continuous paid leave to experience something truly meaningful.
