MediaValet is a cloud-based DAM that helps Marketing and Creative teams across all industries easily manage, collaborate on, and distribute their digital content. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Sales and lead all aspects of marketing operations to ensure platforms, tools, and processes are in place to generate, gather, and nurture demand. As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, you will be someone who champions all things marketing while following best practices. You’ll need to offer expert-level automation experience and database management, as well as strong data evaluation skills. To be successful in the position you’ll want to have project management skills that allow you to be organized to a fault.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, deployment and continuous optimization. 
  • Champion the implementation of a new marketing automation system and its integration with MediaValet's current MarTech stack. 
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance reports to the marketing, partner and sales teams. 
  • Audit all Marketo campaigns for accuracy, consistency, brand standards, and demand gen best practices. 
  • Optimize lead management processes through all stages of the marketing and sales funnel from lead acquisition, MQL, SQL, to pipeline and closed/won business - in collaboration with demand generation and sales operations. 
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting and analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously. 
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies and industry standards. 
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and Salesforce, such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation and data cleansing.
  • Document Marketo processes, programs and procedures.
  • Optimizing the tech stack and budget.
  • Ensuring new and existing tech is integrated to its maximum potential.

What you’ll bring to the table: 

  • 2 + years of marketing automation experience in Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua or Hubspot 
  • Marketo Certified Expert preferred, but not required 
  • Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices 
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com 
  • Knowledge of email best practices, including subject lines, deliverability, segmentation and CAN-SPAM/anti-spam law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.); intermediate HTML a plus 
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency 
  • Strong independent project management skills, including the ability to accurately specify 
  • project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors 
  • Are a fiercely quick learner 
  • An adaptable sense of process that connects your ability to work well with others with a commitment to best practices 
  • Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources 
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision 
  • Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion 
  • Excellent attention to detail
