WE ARE NOT LIKE OUR PARENTS - SORRY MOM AND DAD

We used to try and hide our personalities to be more like our parents – all buttoned-down and professional – but it just didn’t work. No matter how hard we tried, who we are permeated throughout everything we created and delivered. So, we simply gave in, and we haven’t looked back since.

Individually and as a team, we’re honest to a fault, so polite we should apologize right here and now, and we love a good laugh – even if it’s at our own expense. Oh, and we’re Canadian (or at least wannabes) eh! This should explain a lot as you get to know us.

So what’s it like working with this bunch of digital asset management vendors

WE LIKE TO HAVE FUN…AND WE CARE

There are two things you need to know about us:

One – We crack jokes all the time. Some are good, and some…ah, they’re just ok. Either way – they should make you chuckle.

Two – We really do care. We want to know how you’re doing. When we ask “How’re you doing, eh?” We truly want to know, we’re not just being polite. If you’re having a down day, let us know, we’ll tell you a great joke. We do give a DAM:)

We’re frequently told that we stand out from other digital asset management vendors. Beyond our radiant personalities and our hilarious sense of humour, people say it’s how we support our customers. We don’t get it, as we couldn’t imagine doing it any other way.

GRUMPY DOESN’T WORK HERE

We simply don’t accept it. We work really hard to find happy people that are as passionate about digital asset management, the Cloud and innovation as we are. We also work really hard to ensure everyone enjoys what they do and where they do it. From regular team outings (for coffee, lunch, beer…), to team building challenges (you name it), to occasional fun afternoons off (go cart racing, watching hockey, dogsled racing…). Having a great work environment is absolutely critical to us – both individually and as a team. If we’re going to work together,  we want to enjoy ourselves.
